Inverse ： opposite in relation to something else EX ： A person's wealth is often in inverse proportion to their happinessStratospheric： extremely high Stratospheric ： extremely high EX ： The project had proved a stratospheric success. Intuition ： The ability to know something by using your feelings rather than considering the facts EX ： Intuition told her that he had spoken the truth.

 all-nighter ： an event that lasts all night. EX ： I pulled an all-nighter last night. thesis ： a long piece of writing on a particular subject, especially one that is done for a higher college or university degree. EX ：  A doctoral thesis. gratification ：  pleasure or satisfaction, or something which provides this. EX ： Some people expect instant gratification. In the beginning, the speaker says he also is a procrastinator, and in everybody's brain live a rational decision-maker, instant gratification monkey, and the panic monster. The monkey makes people do easy and funny things, then rational decision-maker doesn't work. Until the deadline panic monster will appear to push rational decision-maker work. There are two kinds of procrastinators one has a deadline and another doesn't have a deadline. 

Working from home has some advantages such as it provides a lot of free time 、 saving a lot of commute time and I can choose the time to work that I want as long as I can finish the job on time. Working in the office with your colleagues also has lots of advantages such as it provides more interaction with colleagues than an online meeting 、at lunchtime or gets off work you can have meat with your colleagues chat about everything maybe how bad your customers. Working from home or in the office each has its advantages but I prefer to work in the office , you know the feeling of distance teaching everybody attends the class but nobody speaks any word only the teacher or a few interactions it is so boring, and it also can reflect the work.
